To search for resumes and candidates simply click on the Search Jobs link at the upper left hand corner of the home page. This link will take you to a page with two headlines Quick Job Search and Advanced Job Search. As always, the navigation bar above and side navigation links are clearly visible and there to help you explore the site. If this is not where you wish to be, simply click one of the buttons to find the appropriate location for your needs. The Quick Job Search feature is just that. Enter a keyword that best describes the type of position you are seeking. Next, click on the pull down menu of "Choose a Profession". Enter your city and use the pull down for the state then click Search Jobs! This will yield a list of available position that matches your stated objectives. By clicking on the Job Title or Posted by links, you will see the full description of the position and the company that has made the opening available. Simply simply clicking on the Advanced Search Feature link can access the Advanced Job Search. Here you will be able to use pull down menus to select you profession of choice, your Discipline, choose up to two keywords, and type of engagement, that is to mean, full time, part-time, any, or contract. You may also set high and low pay ranges as well as select from salary or hourly wage preferences. Enter your data and click on Search Jobs! You will find a page of opportunities that match your requirements. By clicking on Job title or Posted by, you can access the full description of the position including compensation amounts. You can also learn which company posted the position and a little bit about them. After making your selections you may click on any of the navigation buttons to visit another part of the site, or simply bookmark your page in your Favorites section so that you can visit often.

Using the pull down menus, click here boxes, and keyword data areas, you will be able to enter the exact profile for the candidate you seek. Once completed, click on the Search Resumes! button at the bottom of the page. This link will take you to a page listing the Total Resume(s) found and summarizing them. Review the listings, and if there is more than one page, simply keep scrolling to the bottom and click on the Next link to see more resumes. If you decide to look more carefully at one or more particular candidates, simply click on Candidate Information to the right of the resume summary, and if the candidate chooses to release their full history, it will be available to you on the next page you see.
