If you have not already done so, please complete the registration form by clicking on the Registration link as it appears in the first paragraph in the Post Jobs section. After completing this easy to use and well explained form, you will be emailed the following information:
Company Number
Supervisor ID Number
Password:
Each company may add additional recruiters, and every one of them will be assigned a different ID number. The information will be emailed to you between 24-48 hours after you submit your data.
Once you have that information simply log onto pittsburgh-employment.com, click on Post Jobs and enter your Company Number, Your Supervisor ID Number, and Password.
You will find yourself at a screen that gives you several choices, all clearly defined and well documented with easy to understand prompts and instructions.
You will find a page with two main headlines, Manage Positions and Manage Recruiters. There are several choices to make. Here are the choices and what you need to do to make it all work well.

Enter New Job Listing:
In this section, you will be allowed to your new employment opportunities. There are clearly defined fields and prompts as well as pull down menus to help make your data entry easy and fast. Simply click on Enter Job Listing and you will be taken to a page headlined:
Enter New Job Listing. Here you will find a page to enter your job requirements. Clearly marked areas, some with pull down menus filled with profession and job titles are provided. You simply complete the required information and click on Enter New Job . If you completed the page correctly you will be taken to a page that shows a job number and a summary of the job you have posted.
You may now choose to enter another new job, logout or select from any other item on our navigation bars.
View/Modify/Delete Listings:
Here you will find the current job postings for your company. By clicking on view, modify or delete you can do just that. Again, clearly marked fields will make this process quick and painless. Simply follow the prompts, enter the required information and click Modify Listing or Delete Listing and the request will be fulfilled.

Add New Recruiter:
Here you will be able to add one or more new recruiters to your company. This will allow each to have his/her own login information and thereby enter their own job postings independently. By clicking on Add New Recruiter.. you will be taken to a screen that will allow you to fill out the required information for each authorized company employee. Complete the information as requested and your files will be updated.
List/Modify/Delete Recruiters:
By clicking on View / Modify / Delete you will be able to view all your current recruiters and choose to modify their information or delete any that you no longer wish to have use the service. As with all sections, the information is clearly presented and easy to use.
